I went with my family (myself, my wife and my 2 years old kid).
Day-1: Just photo and biometric. No questions. Nothing to worry.
Day-2:
Reached US Counsulate at 9:00 AM, there were three big queue's (8:30, 9:00 and 9:30) I approached security for priority entry showing my kid, but that guy asked us to
come at 10:00 am so that he would let us allow inside directly. I waited for 1 hr outside in the queue then by 10:00 AM i approached security, he allowed us inside
directly.

We were waiting...waiting after almost 1hr they called us to another counter.

(One lady interviewer asked the payslips, suddenly another lady interviewer told he has given it already and we verified it.)

They were checking my passports and counting the no of days

Visa Officer : Did you do requiremnet gathering for 10 weeks ? what kind of requirement it is ? (again i gave a big story about projects)
Do you have the agremment between your company and cleint for the project which you went? NO
Do you have any client letter from client? presented Client SOW and explained that I am going to work from my office and on need basis i will go to the customer place
for 1 or 2 days.
Visa Officer: OK are you having any doc from Cleint saying that you will work for client from your US office ????
My first Round interviewer came to the current interview Window, They switched off the mic and discussed arround 10 to 15 mins, then 2nd round of interviers showing
something to the first Round interviewer on the system for about 5 mins again. They were discussing between them again, I was just seeing their actions was not able
to hear anything. Finally First Round interviewer told me that they need sometime to verify it from their end and in the mean time some additional documents are
required from the petitioner to process my VISA further, so please send it to us as soon as possible.
Finally they told me that i don't need to appear for any more interviews in person, they just need the additional docs from me for processing. If i have any doubts i
can call the call center and mention the case no to get the updates.
And I was given Form 221(g) - Blue color.
I gathered the requested documents from my employer and send it to the Embassy in 2 to 3 days of time frame. Finally 2 weeks later i got an email asking me to collect
my passport. :)
Thats all i got my Passport with H1B VISA stampped with 3 years validity.
